Established in 1909, YWCA Canton has impacted the lives of many women, girls and families through a variety of programs and services that have transformed in 116 years to meet the needs of our community. We provide transformative services in two focus areas: housing and early childhood education.

Housing
We provide emergency homeless housing, permanent supportive housing and Rapid Re-Housing.

Early Childhood Learning Center
High-quality early education services for children ages six weeks to five years.

Early Head Start
Child care for children ages 6 weeks to 3 years for families who qualify.

Community Rentals
The YWCA offers space for groups to rent for their meetings, functions or athletics.

YWCA is committed to working with agencies throughout the community to provide families with connections to resources and services needed to remove barriers.

Homelessness & Housing
YWCA’s eviction prevention, rental assistance, affordable housing, and basic needs programs, such as food and hygiene, help low-income households find stability.

The YWCA Canton provides early care and education services to children that enhance their development and prepare them to be successful as they transition to kindergarten.
