YWCA CANTON 2024 ANNUAL MEETING

On May 20, 2024, YWCA Canton hosted our annual meeting and commemorated 115 years of dedicated service to the community. We highlighted the achievements of the past year and outlined our strategic priorities moving forward. Margaret Mitchell, CEO of YWCA USA, joined us and emphasized the significance of strategic planning, underscoring how the YWCA Canton's drafted strategic priorities align with those of YWCA USA. Bethann, a former YWCA program participant turned employee, shared her empowering journey.

As part of this momentous occasion, we honored Schauer Group, Inc. for their exceptional service, the Kent Area Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, for their over 20 years of unwavering dedication, Home Essentials Ministry as the New Partner of the Year, and Gloria Pope, YWCA Board President, for YWCA Canton Board Leadership.
